Project Number: 101246147
uDevelop e.V., as the Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Sport project H.A.C.K. (Hyper-Athletic Competitors Kicking into the Metaverse), successfully hosted the project’s Kick-off Meeting in Munich, Germany, bringing together representatives from all partner organisations to officially launch this exciting European initiative.
The meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative journey aimed at empowering young athletes through digital innovation, education, and international cooperation. During the two-day meeting, partners reviewed the project’s objectives, work packages, implementation timeline, and expected results, while confirming their roles and responsibilities for the successful delivery of the project’s activities.
As project coordinator, uDevelop e.V. guided discussions on project management, financial and administrative procedures, quality assurance, risk management, and communication strategies, ensuring that all partners share a common understanding of the project’s implementation framework. Particular attention was also given to the development of the project’s first key outputs, including the H.A.C.K. website, communication materials, research activities, the Best Practices e-Guide, and the Open Educational Platform.
The Kick-off Meeting also provided an excellent opportunity for partners to strengthen their cooperation, exchange ideas, and establish effective coordination mechanisms that will support the project’s implementation over the coming months. Through open dialogue and collaborative planning, the consortium reaffirmed its shared commitment to delivering innovative educational resources that enhance digital competences, employability, and lifelong learning opportunities for athletes across Europe.
uDevelop e.V. looks forward to coordinating the successful implementation of the H.A.C.K. project and continuing its close cooperation with all partners to achieve meaningful and sustainable results for the European sports community.
